Labor with Epidural Option (4 Weeks)
In the Labor with Epidural Course, you and your support person will learn the choices you have when it comes to handling your labor and birth. You will learn about types of pain relief such as epidural anesthesia. This course will include a practice session of what skills you can practice to help before an epidural can be offered. A tour of the Maternity Center and the opportunity to ask the staff questions are included in these classes.
The four-week sessions are held Tuesdays 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Cost: $30.00.
Registration deadline is two weeks prior to start of the class. Recommend class be attended 2 months prior to due date.
